The basic objective of this scheme was to provide health insurance to the families who living below the poverty line of the country.So that poor citizens can save their life by treating any major disease. Step 1 – First of all go to the official website of Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The name of this website is https://pmjay.gov.in/.
Step 2– After going to the website, the option of “AM I Eligible” will appear on the home page itself, simply click on this option.
Step 3– After that a form will open in front of you, where you will have to verify your mobile number with OTP.
Step 4– Now a new page will open in front of you, here you have to select your state.
Step 5– After that there will be an option to search from your ration card and mobile number. After filling that details click on submit. Now you will be able to see your eligibility.
